This competition is governed by these official rules. By participating in the competition, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility
The competition is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have internet access and a valid email account prior to the beginning of the Competition Period.

Competition Period
The competition commences at 9am ACST on 14th July 2015 and ends at 11:59pm ACST on 31st October 2015.
All completed entries must be received within the entry period.

How to Enter
Entrants must have successfully purchased an annual subscription to NILE Magazine within the Competition Period to be eligible to win.
After successfully subscribing, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the draw.

Prize Details
One winner will receive a 14-day 'King Ramses Tour' with On The Go Tours, for 2 people.
Tour must be taken by 31st October 2016.
Prize in non-transferable. The prize must be taken as stated and no substitution or cash equivalent of prizes of permitted.

Total Value of the Prize Pool
AU $3,498.

Winner Selection 
All eligible entries received during the Competition Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Competition Period. A winner will be chosen at random.

Notification
The winner will be announced by 4:00pm ACST on 1st November 2015. The announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the email address supplied on subscribing to NILE Magazine. 
Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email account for prize notification. Entrants who are not winners will not receive any notification.
If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the Promoter within fifteen (15) days, using the email address supplied at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner shall forfeit the prize.

Exclusions
Any entry not complying with these Official Rules is invalid.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters are ineligible to enter.

The Law
These Official Rules are governed by the law of South Australia, Australia.
